<description>Following Turkey's accession to the UNFCCC in 2004, pursuant to 26/CP7 of COP7 in 2001, Turkey has started to fulfill her commitments as an Annex-I Party to the UNFCCC. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In line with the provisions of Article 4.2.b of the UNFCCC, Turkey has submitted her first national communication to the UNFCCC Secretariat in February 2007.
